Day 2 Chair’s Report: Customer Engagement Transformation Conference 2020

As day two of the Customer Engagement conference dawned it was clear that the bar had been set very high the previous day by the passion and expertise of the speakers, the calming professional presence of Martin Hill-Wilson in the chair and the high quality delivery of the virtual event from the Engage studio.
But as the chair for the day I was delighted as the component parts meshed together brilliantly to provide another day of exciting and thought-provoking content.
