Engage Business Media’s Customer Engagement Summit, in its ninth year and firmly established as Europe’s premier customer and employee experience conference, has been universally acclaimed by all those who attended.

Delegates at our CPD accredited, case-study driven Summit, held in Central London last week learned from organisations as diverse as Virgin Media, Homeserve, Air France-KLM, Twitter, Samsung, WWF-UK, Yell, Booking.com, Google, BuzzFeed, National Grid, NHS, Mondelez International, ZSL, Microsoft, Royal College of Art, Sky, Ferrero, Forza Football, Shakespeare’s Globe, Born Free Foundation, Intellectual Property Office, BT, John Lewis Partnership, and many more.

Visitors to the Summit, where the overarching theme was ‘The Importance of Trust and Transparency’, also benefited from our new event app, which facilitated one to one meetings as well as live polling during the event and many more networking and learning opportunities to improve the delegate experience.

The Summit was once again held alongside our 2019 International Engage Awards, the only customer and employee Awards programme, expertly hosted by actor and comedian Hugh Dennis, and where Financial Services organisations and Retailers were prominent among the winning organisations – with Sky retail the most successful individual winner with two awards.
