This new live and interactive Masterclass, which will be delivered by our multiple CX Award winning partner Manuela Pifani over two consecutive mornings in June, will take CX leaders through the 10 key steps needed to flex customer experience strategy to successfully help their organisations through the Coronavirus crisis, and set it up for success afterwards.
