Our in-depth examination concluded that Tata Consultancy Services provides an outstanding employee experience, with high quality initiatives that engage, reward and motivate employees, ensuring that people can develop themselves personally and professionally, and build a rewarding career,” said Eleanor Nickerson, Director of UK Operations for the Top Employers Institute.
This is sixth consecutive year that TCS has certified as one of the UK’s Top Employers. TCS was named Company of the Year at the 2016 Employee Engagement Awards.
