Brand and Deliver named Agency of the Year and Post Office Ltd win Marketing Team of the Year. Laura Shumiloff of Norton Rose Fulbright named Marketing Leader of the Year. Arts University Bournemouth (AUB) in partnership with Bond & Coyne scoop Chairman’s Grand Prix Award.

On April 28, 2015 The Chartered Institute of Marketing crowned the winners of its annual Marketing Excellence Awards at a ceremony at London’s Grosvenor House Hotel. The awards, hosted by comedian Russell Kane, acknowledge outstanding work from across the marketing profession and celebrate the year’s most creative campaigns.

Post Office Ltd was named the Marketing Team of the Year, receiving merits for its ‘We Are Changing’ project, which demonstrated strong leadership, successful changes in team behaviour and driving awareness of new initiatives such as extended hours and Sunday opening.

Multi-discipline marketing agency Brand and Deliver triumphed with two awards, scooping Agency of the Year and Partner marketing (large company), for its excellence, innovation and cross-departmental approach in delivering campaigns such as Samsung + Robbie Williams: Take the Crown, Playboy Bunny Bootcamp, The Amazing Spiderman 2 & Danone Waters.

Laura Shumiloff, Learning and Development Manager at global legal practice Norton Rose Fulbright was named Marketing Leader of the Year, for creating a new “one firm” brand that was accepted both internally and externally.

Taking the coveted Chairman’s Grand Prix Award was Arts University Bournemouth (AUB), in partnership with Bond & Coyne for the development of its ‘kscope” – an engagement tool to start conversations with AUB’s wide range of audiences and raise awareness of its proposition.

CIM chief executive Anne Godfrey said: “Year on year we are seeing huge levels of creativity being demonstrated by leading marketers from a wide range of industry sectors. The strength in submissions for our annual awards is always outstanding and this year has been no different. This is a celebration of the transformational effect marketing has on the way we work and live.”
