Today our Editor, Lizzie Akass, is delighted to be joined by Sandra Lynes Timbrell, Director of Visitor Experience at Shakespeare’s Globe, and case study presenter at our 2019 Customer Engagement Summit. Sandra is a senior heritage management professional, with a 20-year career built at some of the country’s most culturally recognisable sites, including Kenwood House, Eltham Palace and Shakespeare’s Globe. She is responsible for leading teams to create and deliver operational models that enable attractions to be financially secure whilst simultaneously creating a welcoming environment for visitors.
