Today we are joined by Gerry Brown and Colin Crowley.

Gerry is one of the chairs of our Virtual Future of the Contact Centre Conference taking place on 10th and 11th February and is also known as the Customer Lifeguard, on a mission to save the world from bad customer service. He will help you breathe life into your customer service operations and customer experience strategy by ensuring that your strategy, people and technology are aligned  to provide positive outcomes for your customers and colleagues.

Colin is a case study presenter at our upcoming conference and is Vice President of Customer Experience at Freshly. Colin has spent over 10 years in senior leadership roles in e-commerce customer service and is proud to be the inaugural VP of Customer Experience at Freshly, where he directs a 300-person department across five locations in the United States and beyond. He specializes in building customer service departments from the ground-up, with a focus on scalability, infrastructural agility, technological innovation, and gold-standard quality and efficiency. Colin is also an award-winning playwright whose plays have been performed across fifteen states, as well as New York City and London.
