The annual International Engage Awards celebrates the successes of our community of industry-leaders across all sectors in the business world. The 2019 event marks the fourth year of the awards, with categories covering all aspects of customer and employee engagement, including the new coveted Lifetime Achievement Award.

We are delighted that actor and comedian Hugh Dennis, twice Bafta nominee and winner of the Writers’ Guild of Great Britain Award, will be hosting this year’s event. We are certain that Hugh will make the evening even more fantastic and add a little extra sparkle to the celebrations.

Hundreds of entries have been submitted since January, a record-breaking number for the event. Dozens of brands have entered, including Sky, Dell Technologies, Vodafone, Co-op, the NHS, Costa Coffee, Missguided, Sofology, Pure Planet, Three, Metropolitan Police, Daniel Thwaites, Barclays, Bupa, McLaren Automotive Ltd, and many more.

Steve Hurst, Editorial Director and Chair of the judges, said: “This year’s overall standard of entries is the highest yet!”

Winners will be chosen by 21 judges who are trusted experts in the customer, CX Marketing, and employee engagement spaces from a wide range of industries. One of the judges, Gerry Brown, Chief Rescue Officer at The Customer Lifeguard, said: “I’m delighted to be part of an engaging team of judges who live and breathe great customer engagement – it’s definitely in their DNA!”

In 2018, actor and comedian Marcus Brigstocke hosted the Engage Awards, where brands and organisations including The Times and Sunday Times, Shared Services Connected Limited, Affinity Water, Zero Suicide Alliance, Marks and Spencer International, Northumbrian Water Group, and more, ended the evening as award-winning companies.
