Claire joined Co-op as Head of Customer and Membership Services in 2015. Having transformed a broken operation and revitalised a retail giant into an award-winning contact centre within two years, she is currently delivering the next stage of the journey – bringing together customer facing contact centres, across all of the Co-op business units, as a centre of excellence.

She has worked in Contact Centres for over 20 years and is passionate about supporting and raising the profile of the Contact Centre Industry. She has been a Board Member of the Contact Centre Management Association (CCMA) for over 10 years. Claire has worked in the Finance, Insurance, Communications and retail sectors working for organisations such as GE Capital Bank, VirginMedia, HomeServe and BT.
