David Mička is the Product Manager for focusing on the self-service options within Kiwi’s product. David manages the development and personalisation of Kiwi’s Help & Support section consisting of FAQs, contact page and Online Helpdesk messaging platform and is also responsible for the IVR and the involvement of conversational bots (chatbot, voice assistant). David’s background in business analytics brings a good understanding of the customers needs and his main goal is to make sure most queries are solved on the product side without the need of customer support involvement.
