Since joining NHS Property Services (NHSPS) in October 2013, Deborah has pioneered the creation of NHSPS’ customer engagement team, ensuring the voice of the customer is heard in one of Europe’s largest property companies. She works with a range of customers across 3,500 NHS properties – supporting a potential footfall of 6 million patients every day. She has helped to double NHSPS’ Customer Satisfaction score in two years, creating an award winning national Customer Support Centre, consolidating over 100 FM Helpdesks into one national helpdesk and reducing formal complaints by 80%.

Prior to joining NHSPS, Deborah spent ten years at Cumbria Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, working across marketing, communications and stakeholder engagement. Her private sector experience includes consultancy roles for The Economist, NSPCC, TIME magazine, Astra Zeneca and British Airways.
