James is Head of Product within Digital at Sainsbury’s. He lead’s one of the fastest growing and dynamic areas of Sainsbury’s, supporting the business in aiming to deliver an exceptional digital experience for all of our customers.
He’s accountable for customer facing digital products across Food, GM, Clothing and Loyalty. Previous to this he has held multiple Digital and Transformation roles across Sainsburys and previous to that the Home Retail Group and is passionate and creative in the fields of product management, digital, customer experience and technology.
Outside of work, he has 3 amazing children, is a sport enthusiast, is a keen follower of Stoke City Football Club and is a committed fund raiser for the Downs Syndrome Association.
