Raghav is part of the Global CX team at Expedia Group, based out of London. He joined the company as an intern in the Strategy team before moving to global customer experience. He has worn multiple CX hats at Expedia that involves customer impact measurement, Voice of the Customer programs and product enhancement initiatives. In the past, Raghav has also spearheaded digital content engagement solutions for one of the largest mum influencer and content platform in Asia. He has 8 years of diverse experience across tech companies, VC backed start-ups and consulting, and holds an MBA degree from Said Business School, Oxford University.
