Rebecca Kemp is Director of Customer Journey at Citizens Advice. She leads a talented team to deliver digital advice to millions of people a year, and create a seamless customer experience across the whole service.
Rebecca is a non-executive director of Democracy Club and a trustee of National Ugly Mugs. She is one of the BIMA 100 for 2020, a member of the Mayor of London’s Smart London Board, and a technology fellow at the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change.
She occasionally provides training and mentoring on service transformation and leadership, for clients like Doteveryone and the Government Digital Service.
