Qualtrics, one of the world’s largest enterprise insight platforms, is launching CX Week, the world’s biggest celebration of customer centricity, openly available to all, from Monday 16 – Friday 20 May and featuring a panel of experts drawn from some of the world’s leading brands.

CX Week is a webinar at which thirty speakers from Porsche, Dropbox, Disney, Airbnb, American Express, Forrester, Twitter, Audi, Bain & Co., Hollard Insurance and ARUP, among others, will debate important topics such as: building and executing a vision, changing your culture and achieving and communicating results.

The event will address the shifting terms of engagement with which self directed, socially engaged millennials want to interact with the companies they favour, how those companies react to or play ‘catch up’ with their customers and best practice in achieving effective customer centricity.

Attendees will access practical strategies to improve customer experience through ‘how-to’ webinar sessions, alongside templates and downloadable content.
